Yvonne Etienne

Mt. Pleasant, Indiana Yvonne M. Etienne, 82, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Bethel Manor in Evansville, Indiana. She was born October 5, 1937 in Leopold, Indiana, daughter of the late August H. and Marguerite M. (Goffinet) Rogier. Also preceding her in death was her first husband Robert Paul "Blick" Etienne and second husband James A. "Jim" Etienne; son, Bobby Etienne; brother, Curtis Rogier, and sister Margie Devillez. Yvonne was a 1955 graduate of Oil Township High School and member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. She enjoyed scrapbooking, crafts, growing flowers, baking, gardening and UK basketball. She is survived by her children; Debbie Bivens, Evansville, Judy Spradlin (David), Knoxville, TN, and Steve Etienne (April), Mt. Pleasant; sister, Elaine Sandleben (Glenn); grandchildren, Tara Anderson, Lindsay Noll, Angie Underhill, Alicia Etienne, Ashley Rasche, April Underhill, Alex and Kendra Graves; great grandchildren, Brandon and Lauren Underhill, Braden Rasche, Triston and Carson Higgs, Norah and Lucas Noll, Max Anderson, Chloe , Jerrica and Sophia Underhill. Special thanks to Southern Care Hospice and the fantastic staff and nursing care at Bethel Manor. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, January 11, 2020 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in St. Augustine Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Bethel Manor Resident's Fund or St. Augustine Cemetery.
