Wyman Bailey

Grandview, Indiana Wyman R. Bailey, 77, passed away March 12, 2014, at Oakwood Health Campus in Tell City. He was born in Grandview August 30, 1936, son of the late Orville and Mary (Bullington) Bailey. Also preceding him in death was his wife, Doris Jean (Applegate) Bailey in 2009; his children, Donald Ray Bailey, in infancy, Michael Bailey and Donna Sue Bailey and brothers and sisters. He was a carpenter at Lincoln State Park and enjoyed woodworking and playing cards. Wyman is survived by his daughters, Gale Griepenstroh (Gary), Grandview and Debbie Davidson (Ken), Tennyson; sister, Lola Skelton (Bill), Grandview; five grandchildren, Molly Gabbard, Travis Raven, Nick Davidson, Chris Davidson and Joshua Bailey and four great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday, March 14, 2014, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Grandview City Cemetery. Pastor Carolyn Hill will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 7:00 PM Thursday and from 9:00 until service time Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to Backpack Lunch Program.
