Wilma Heck

January 10, 1926 — July 26, 2006

Wilma was a devout, lifelong member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Cannelton, where she was a Sunday school teacher, secretary and treasurer. She was an avid sports fan, following especially IU basketball and St. Louis Cardinals baseball. She had a keen interest in her niece's and nephew's sports activities. Wilma will be greatly missed by her family as she was the ""link"" that bound all activities and family information together. two sisters, Martha Robinson and her husband Glenn, Sunman, Indiana Marguerite Delaney, Pinellas Park, Florida one brother, Ralph ""Chris"" Heck and his wife Peggy, Tell City, Indiana ten nieces and nephews, Rosalie Walter, Byron and David Robinson, Cindy Cain, Mike, Todd, John, Reggie and Kean Heck and Karen Click and several great and great great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday July 29, 2006 at St. John United Church of Christ with burial in Cliff Cemetery at Cannelton. Rev. Michael Thompson will officiate. Visitation will be 2:00 to 8:00 PM Friday and from 9:00 to 10:30 AM Saturday at Huber Funeral Home 129 North Sixth Street, Cannelton. Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's United Church of Christ, Cannelton, Indiana or the American Cancer Society.
