William Kreisle, Jr.

Owensboro, Kentucky William F. "Bill" Kreisle, Jr., 91, passed away June 10, 2015. He was born November 28, 1923 in Hawesville, Kentucky son of the late William F. Kreisle, Sr. and Nina (Williams) Kreisle. Also preceding him in death was his wife Fern (Miles) Kreisle in 2010, granddaughter, Carrie Mullinix, step-daughter, Nancy Newhouse and sister, Patricia Hibbs. Baptist by faith, he was a U.S. Navy Air Force veteran serving in WWII. Bill retired from Alcoa in 1989, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Bill is survived by daughters; Nina Mullinix, Denton, TX, Charlene Shelton, Owensboro, KY and Susan Kreisle, Tampa, FL; sons, Dennis Kreisle, Owensboro, KY and William D. Kreisle, Bloomington, MN; nine grandchildren, Joseph Shelton, Virginia Kreisle, Grace Milton, William Langdon, Steven Shelton, Angela Milton, Michael Kreisle, Jamie Langdon, and Debbie McBroom and several great grandchildren. As per Bill's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral services. Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton , (IN) Chapel is handling his arrangements, with burial in New Cliff Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Western Kentucky Hospice.
