Tell City, Indiana Warren M. Bolin, 71, passed away May 1, 2014 at his home. He was born in Perry County August 29, 1942 son of the late Charles Nye and Pansy (Nelson) Bolin. Also preceding him in death were his brothers, Russell, Charlie, Orville Earl, Donnie and one brother in infancy. A US Army veteran, he served during the blockade of Cuba. Warren was united in marriage to Margaret Peter July 31, 1965 at St. Mark Catholic Church. After completing his training courses, Warren served as one of Perry County's original EMTs for nine years, and also worked for Tell City Electric Department for over 30 years. A member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Warren enjoyed fishing, camping, and spending time at his grandchildren's activities. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Margaret "Margie" Bolin; son Duane Bolin (Karen), Dale; 3 grandchildren, Seth, Maggie and Hannah Bolin. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, May 3, 2014 at St. Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Dennis Duvelius officiating. Burial is in St. Mark Cemetery, where there will be military graveside rites conducted by American Legion Post #213. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 8:00 PM Friday and from 8:30 until 9:30 AM Saturday at Huber Funeral Home, 1139 12th Street, Tell City. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Holy Family, Inc. God's Country in Perry County.
