Velma Bolin, 84, died at 6:34 AM on Friday at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City. She was born in Chrisney, Indiana, on August 12, 1919. Her parents were the late Everett Evans and Betty (Hart) Evans Crafton. Also preceding her in death were her husband, Woodrow Wilson Bolin, a sister, Wilma Wardrip, a brother, Fennith Evans, a grandson, Ronald Bolin-Crary, a great great grandson, Kevin Lane, Jr. and a great granddaughter, Melissa Dawn Bolin. Velma enjoyed cooking and caring for animals. Suriviving: Sons - Everett W. "Woody" Bolin, Tell City, IN Preston E. "Pat" Bolin, Sturtevant, WI Edward L. "Eddie" Bolin, Cannelton, IN Brother - Leroy Evans, Evansville, IN Grandchildren - Kathy Schaefer, Randy Bolin, Kelly Harpe, April Huff, J.R. Bolin, Paul Bolin, Chris Bolin, Debbie Williams, Dena Beyer and Amy Bolin Several Great Grandchildren A great great granddaughter Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel, with burial in Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Tell City. Friends may call from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Monday and from 9:00 AM until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contribution may be made to American Heart Association.
