Thomas A. Bomgardner, 70, passed away October 10, 2022. He was born in Paris, Illinois on February 29, 1952, son of Arble Leo and Wanda (Thomas) Bomgardner. Tom worked at the former National Southwire Aluminum, located in Hawesville, Kentucky. He was a biker at heart and loved anything to do with motorcycles, including racing them. Tom especially loved rides to South Dakota and Sturgis. He loved animals (always looking forward to walking his dog) and being outdoors. His family will miss his sense of humor and even his ornery quick wit. Tom was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him. He is survived by wife, Louise Bomgardner; his step-sons, Kenneth and Jeremy Dennis; siblings, Pat Bomgardner (Laura), Linda Archibald (Steve), Jeanette Noggle (Rusty) and Barb Smith (David); grandchildren, Zoe, Eva and Asher; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews and cousins. Preceding him in death were his parents, step-mother, Thelma Bomgardner; brother, Clyde Bomgardner and a niece, Mandy Peavy Howard. Memorial contributions may be made to an animal shelter of your choice. At Tom's request, there will be no services. Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, is assisting his family with his wishes.
