Terry Mullis

Terry W. Mullis, 67, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at his home.

Born in Tell City, Indiana on August 31, 1957, son of Roman and Agnes (Mattingly) Mullis, Terry was a 1975 graduate of Tell City High School. He was a veteran of the US Navy and served in the Indiana National Guard.

Terry was married on June 17, 1983, to Margaret “Peggy” Saalman. Together, they enjoyed going to concerts, especially classic rock, and had tickets to see Billy Joel in February.

Just recently, Terry and Peggy purchased a camper and were looking forward to family camping trips. He also enjoyed fishing.

Surviving is his wife of 41 years, Peggy Mullis; children, Shanna Saalman (Justin Barnett), Nathan Mullis (Kayla Cavalier) and Casey Mullis (Danielle); grandchildren, Sandy, Ashley, Will and Dakota Saalman, Jackson Vandegrift, Arielle and Colt Mullis; great grandchildren, Ryker and Serana Smithhart and Amara Holmes and brother-in-law, Albert Hempfling.

Preceding him in death were his parents; sisters, Gay Mullis and Stacy Hempfling and a dear aunt, Anna Jeffers.

Visiting hours will be on Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 1:00-5:00 PM at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel.
