Terry Alvey

Tell City, Indiana - Terry L. Alvey, 55, passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. He was born in April 20, 1957, in Tell City. He was a diesel mechanic with Southwest Trench in Louisiana. A 1975 Tell City High School graduate, Terry married Deanna Brockman on September 2, 1978 in Perry County. He enjoyed houseboating on Patoka Lake and spending time with his family. Surviving him are his wife, Deanna; his mother, Delores Sandage (Ron), Troy; father, Dave Alvey, Tell City; daughters, Brandi Posey (Steve), Troy and Kandi Posey (Chad), Tell City; sisters, Kelly Louden, Madisonville, Kentucky, Karen Ebert, Evansville, Kim Embry, Tell City, brother, Jeff Alvey, Tell City, and grandchildren, Dylan, Devin, Peyton, Kaylee and Kyleigh. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until service time. Elder Earl W. Miller will officate. Memorials may be made to a favorite charity.
