Stanley Wright

Tell City, Indiana Stanley D. Wright, 54, passed away October 1, 2020. He was born in Huntingburg, Indiana on May 11, 1966, son of the late Marcus and Alice (Hoffman) Wright. Stanley was united in marriage on September 19, 2009 to Pam Goffinet. He was employed for UA Local 669-Sprinkler Fitters, where he had worked for 30 years. Stanley enjoyed hunting, fishing, pitching horseshoes, playing cards and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of eleven years, Pam Wright, near Ranger; his sons, Aron Wright (Jennifer), Jasper and Brett Wright (Haley), Tell City; step children, Brent DeVillez, near Ranger, Jessica Grossman (Mark), Leopold, Amber Willis, St. Marks, Shaylon Hedinger and Bryson Ridener, both at home; siblings, Elaine Fromme (Bob), Clarksville, Sharon Johnson (Russell), Mark Wright, Steve Wright (Barb), Terry Wright (Wanda Hensley) and Marty Wright (Kandy) all of Doolittle Mills, Trish Huff (Eddie), Eckerty, Richard Wright (Ilona Gray), Beaver Dam, KY and Janet Newkirk (Ralph), Eckerty; grandchildren, Wyatt, Lane and Maddox Wright, Kynlie and Noah Wright; step grandchildren, Landon DeVillez, Mason, Gabe and Brooklyn Grossman, Sophie Fullington and another granddaughter due in December, Brayleigh Taylor. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM CDT on Monday, October 5, 2020 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Brother Al Madden will officiate. Burial will follow in Doolittle Mills Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00-6:00 PM and Monday 9:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. While visiting the funeral home a mask is to be worn and social distancing is appreciated.
