Stacie Y. Taylor, 54, passed away on November 20, 2023 at her home.

She was born on June 24, 1969 to Paul Gary and Diana (Pharris) Taylor.

Stacie was a 1987 graduate of Tell City High School and she had worked as a nanny in Washington, DC for several years.

She enjoyed going to craft shows and antique malls, visiting animal shelters, where she would often volunteer. Stacie loved spending time with her cat, Whiskers.

Stacie is survived by her parents, Paul (Gary) and Diana Taylor; sister, Carrisa Taylor (Brent Higgins) and a brother, Clint Taylor (Jamie).

Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Paul R. and Almeda Taylor and Joy and Irene Pharris.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM CST on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Monday, November 27, 2023 from 3:00-6:00 PM and on Tuesday from Noon until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
