Stacey Wedding

Hawesville, Kentucky Stacey Suzanne (York) Wedding, 52, passed away August 10, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN with her loving husband and family by her side. She was born February 6, 1965 in Tell City, Indiana, daughter of James and Suzanne (Stephens) York. Stacey was a 1984 graduate of Tell City High School. She previously worked for General Electric for 15 years and was currently working at Century Aluminum for the last 9 years. She was a member of Steelworkers Union Local 9423. Stacey enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking, antique shopping, and being with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She and her husband Steve, took many trips to Kentucky lake to camp. She is survived by her husband, Steve Wedding, Hawesville, Kentucky; parents, Jim and Susie York, Tell City; daughters, Jennifer Roberts, Tell City, Ashley Rudd (Robert), Hawesville, Kentucky, Stephanie DuPont, Tell City and Ashley Wedding, Owensboro, Kentucky; son, Steven Bradley Wedding, Owensboro, Kentucky; brother, Steve York (Christine), Kernersville, South Carolina; eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Monday, August 14, 2017 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery in Derby. Rev. Sam Padgett will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 until 7:00 PM Sunday and from 9:00 until 11:00 AM Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Cemetery, Derby, Indiana.
