Tell City, Indiana - Selma L. Wilbur, 84, passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2012, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville. She was born in Spencer County, near Huffman Mill, on December 26, 1927. Her parents were the late Elmer and Florence (Huff) Bauer. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Jennings Wilbur; son, Richard Wayne Wilbur in infancy and brothers, Bill and John Bauer and Earl, Carl and John Senn. Selma had worked at Ken-Rad and General Electric, formerly in Tell City, from 1944-1954. She enjoyed raising animals and gardening. Surviving are her sons, Larry Wilbur, Millstone and Jim Wilbur and Ronnie Wilbur, both of Tell City; sister, Elsie Kallbrier; brother, Ray Bauer, Cannelton and grandchildren, Karie Briem, Kelly Wilbur and Derek Wilbur; five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 27, 2012, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in Lilly Dale Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 7:00 PM on Wednesday and from noon until service time on Thursday. Rev. Eddie Olberding will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Lilly Dale Cemetery.
