Sandy King

Sandy King, 62, passed away on August 16, 2021. She was born in Tell City on September 26, 1958. Sandy was a people person with a zest for living life to the fullest. She adored her family and friends, vacationing, trips with her girlfriends and being with her grandson. Surviving is her husband of 46 years, Mike King, Tell City; her children, Michelle King of Bloomington and Brett King of Tell City; grandson, River Mitchell; mother, Jean (Kleeman) Young, Troy; sister, Debbie Froehlich (Donnie), Tell City; brothers, Mick Young (Rita), Cannelton and Roger Young, Havana, Florida; several nieces and nephews and mother-in-law, Faye King, Tell City. Preceding her in death was her father, Bill Young and father-in-law, Oral King. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Friday, August 20, 2021 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Calvary Cemetery in Troy. Rev. Bernie Etienne will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 - 7:00 PM Thursday and from 9:00 until 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.
