Ruth Godthaab

Tell City, IN Ruth F. Godthaab, 95, passed away Friday, December 27th 2013 at Heartland Villa in Lewisport, KY. Ruth was born January 11, 1918 in Newark, New Jersey, daughter of the late Elmer Moore and Margaret Little Moore. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Godthaab. She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Cannelton, Indiana. Ruth is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Susan Godthaab, Rocky Point, Indiana, two grandchildren, Scott Godthaab, Louisville, KY, Elizabeth Godthaab, Owensboro, KY ; four great grandchildren, her brother, William Moore, Middlesex, New Jersey. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Cannelton, Indiana with burial in Rosehill Cemetery, Owensboro, Kentucky. Rev. Don Overton will officiate. There will be no visitation at Huber Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Western Kentucky. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
