Robert Harrison

Cannelton, Indiana Robert D. "Shorty" Harrison, 51, passed away on January 15, 2021 at Owensboro Regional Health. He was born in Tell City, Indiana on July 31, 1969 to Robert and Dottie (Hockenberry) Harrison, who precede him in death, along with half siblings, Mark, Timmy and Robbie Harrison, Sandy Harrison and Janette Harrison. Shorty was a 1988 graduate of Tell City High School. He was united in marriage to Barbara Hempfling on July 25, 1997. Shorty enjoyed having his buddies over to his garage and work on cars and tell stories. Surviving is his wife, Barbara Harrison; sons, Charles and Brandon Harrison and sisters, Sherry Rose and Christy Harrison. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM CST on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel. Pastor Arlie Brock will officiate. Burial will follow in New Cliff Cemetery. Visitation will also be Tuesday from 10:00 AM until 1:00PM at the funeral home. Please know that a mask is to be worn while visiting the funeral home and /or cemetery and social distancing is appreciated.
