Ralph Taylor

Tell City, Indiana Ralph was born January 23, 1926, in Perry County, Indiana the son of the late William Jennings Bryan Taylor and Frances Mabel (McAdam) Taylor. Ralph was also preceded in death by a son, Bryan Taylor in 1977 and a brother Robert Taylor. He was a graduate of Troy High School and a World War II Army veteran. Ralph married Frieda Mae ""Fritz"" LeMaire on June 26, 1948 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Leopold, Indiana. Ralph was the owner of Taylor's Body Shop for over 40 years. He was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, American Legion Post #213 and VFW Post # 2939, all in Tell City. Ralph enjoyed drawing, his Model T Ford and other antique cars, and spending time with his grandchildren and family. Carl Deitchman, O.S.B. officiating, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery at Tell City. Visitation will be from 3:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday and from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM Wednesday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the Bryan Taylor Memorial Fund.
