Ralph Adkins

Cannelton, Indiana Ralph K. Adkins, 86, passed away May 14, 2015 at Golden Living Center-Lincoln Hills in Tell City. He was born in Troy, August 16, 1928, son of the late Howard and Gertrude (Hicks) Adkins. Also preceding him in death was his wife Naomi (Smith) Adkins, sisters, Rosa Lee May, Ada Applegate and Dora Jean Adkins. Ralph was a Korean War veteran and retired from Schwab Safe. A Jehovah's Witness, Ralph enjoyed watching television and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by a niece and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery in Tell City. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time. There will be military rites conducted by VFW Post #2939. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
