Phoenix Schaefer

Tell City, Indiana Phoenix E. Guerra Schaefer, 27, passed away Thursday at Owensboro Medical Health Systems as a result of an auto accident in Perry County. She was born in Galveston , Texas July 12, 1985 daughter of Patrick Guerra and Donna Lowery. Phoenix was employed at ATTC and was the founder of the organization for special needs children 1p36DSA. She is survived by her children, Tru Legacy Schaefer and Scottie Lee (Tre') Schaefer III, parents, Donna and Kevin Franson, Tell City and Patrick Guerra, Illinois, sisters, Kelly and Kadi Franson, California, brothers, Daniel Franson, Tell City, Matthew, Mason and Marshall Guerra, Illinois, grandmother, Lupe Coleman, Texas, grandparents,Serafin and Chela Guerra , Arizona. A Celebration of Life will take place at the home of Donna and Kevin Franson, 613 - 16th Street, Tell City, Indiana on Monday and Tuesday, August 13 and 14, 2012 from 2:00 until 7:00 PM each day.
