Phoenix Applegate-Donaldson

Bristow, Indiana Phoenix Storm Applegate- Donaldson, 18, passed away June 1, 2015, in St. Meinrad. He was born on May 7, 1997 in Huntingburg. Phoenix was going to be a senior at Perry Central High School and hoped to go to college to be a diesel mechanic. He enjoyed being outdoors, camping and driving anything that had a motor and four wheels, especially dirt bikes and four wheelers. Phoenix loved big trucks with Cummins diesel engines…just no Fords! Phoenix is survived by his parents, Patrick Donaldson and Daisy Applegate, Bristow; brother, Shane Donaldson, Bristow; grandmothers, Sandra Applegate, Bristow and Connie Donaldson, Alma, Michigan and great grandparents, Raymond and Shirley Zimmerman, Sumner, Michigan. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in Carr Cemetery near Derby. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time on Thursday. Pastor Clarence Enmen will officiate. Memorial contributions may be given to the family.
