Paula Tinch-Bartlett

Tell City, Indiana Paula F. Tinch-Bartlett, 55, passed away August 23, 2016 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born in Kenton, Ohio, on January 21, 1961. She and her husband, Bobby Bartlett, have been together for over twenty years enjoying nature, their frog pond and landscaping at their home. Paula was a member of Troy United Methodist Church, Habitat for Humanity and was a Perry County Republican Delegate. She loved to travel, collect rocks, rare minerals and gems and often incorporated them in jewelry she made. She owned Earth Gems, a business where she bought and traded rocks, minerals and gems. Paula was an accountant and owned and operated PFT's, an accounting business located in Tell City. She is survived by her husband; Bobby Bartlett; father, Donald P. "Captain" Wilkins, Leopold; daughters, Amanda Tinch, Tell City and Jessica Stilwell (Robbie), Tobinsport; son, William Tinch (Jessica), Tell City; step-daughters, Brittany Bartlett, Huntingburg, and Jennifer Bartlett, Tell City; several brothers and sisters, including Tim Wilkins, Kim Auld, both of Ohio and Lesly Wilkins, Tell City; eleven grandchildren. Paula was preceded in death by her grandmother, Audrey Dripps and brother, Frank Sullivan. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Rev. Bill Reid will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 8:00 PM Friday and from 9:00 until 11:00 AM Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to Perry County Animal shelter or Toys for Tots.
