Patsy Winchell

Tell City, Indiana - Patsy A. (Turner) Winchell, 63, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2012. She was born in Tell City on February 10, 1949. Her parents were the late Dewey Turner and Elizabeth ""Betty"" (Stowe) Turner Holloway. Also preceding her in death were her brothers, Toby and Robert Turner. A 1967 graduate of Tell City High School, Patsy was a member of Women of the Moose Chapter #2052 and enjoyed spending time with her friends and her dogs, Missy, Molly and Skeeter. Surviving are her sisters, Mary Lynn Hauser and Jeannie Toothman, both of Tell City, Barbara Cooper, Jasper and her brother, Terry Turner, Jasper. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 16, 2012, at Huber Funeral Home. Rev. Andy Payton will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until service time on Friday. Memorial contributions may be made to Perry County Animal Shelter.
