Magnet, Indiana Patsy Gail James, 63, passed away Thursday, June 27, 2013 at her home. She was born September 2, 1949 in Hancock County, Kentucky daughter of the late James "Jack" and Ruby (Fuqua) Richards. Also preceding her in death was a granddaughter, Autumn James, brother, Bob Richards and sisters, Doris Yarbrough and Kay Seckel. Patsy Gail was a 1967 graduate of Hancock County High School. She was united in marriage on December 28, 1968 to Gary James at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Patsy Gail had worked in Tell City and at 76 Truck Stop in Leavenworth as a waitress. Known to many as "Tater", she enjoyed fishing and gardening. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Gary James, Magnet; daughter, Angela Barnes, Magnet; sons, Billy and Bobby James, both of Magnet; sisters, Lou Sanders, Fordsville, KY and Beverly Smith, Clarksville, TN; brothers, Gene Richards, Jim Richards and Ronnie Richards, all of Fordsville, KY; grandchildren, Brandon and Bradley Barnes and Travis and Zachary James; a great granddaughter, Haeven Barnes. Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, June 29, 2013,at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in St. Augustine Cemetery. Pastor Oliver Sanders will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 7:00 PM Friday and from 9:00 AM until service time on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Augustine Cemetery.
