Newtonville, Indiana Patrick Glenn "Pat" McKinney, 67, passed away on June 22, 2021. He was born in Gary, Indiana to Dorothy Marie (Goodwin) and Charles Glenn McKinney on May 15, 1954. Pat was a 1972 graduate of Tell City High School. He had worked 25 years for Malone Brothers before helping run the family business, McKinney's Small Engine, formerly in Tell City, where he retired. Pat loved to ride motorcycles as he was the third generation of motorcycle enthusiasts. He enjoyed fishing, hiking, playing cards, spending time in nature and loved his dogs, Rex and Gracie. Survivors include in his girlfriend of 19 years, Roberta Ann "Bobbie" (Merritt) Sabelhaus, Newtonville; his son, Robert Glenn "Rob" McKinney, Jasper; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his sisters, Joan Marie Hays (Joe), Sellersburg, Betty Jean VanWinkle, Newburgh, Carol Anne Dazey (David), Newburgh and Sally Kay Jackson (Johnny), Tell City; nephews and niece, Terry Brian Hays, Christopher James "Chris" McKinney (Kalee Lipsey), Beth Anne Young (Tim) and Nathan Edward Dazey (Rachel); great nephews and nieces, Alexandria Marie and Paige Nicole Young, Isaac Edward Dazey, Tyler Jordan, Jadyn Marie, Hallie Kay, Michael Josiah and Levi William McKinney; his aunt, Sue Fosbrook (Bob), Georgia; cousins, Tara McCullough (Randall) and Brett Burkhart (BeLinda) Other than his parents, Pat was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Nelson and Dorna Burdette (Smith-Miller) McKinney, Charles Henry and Hallie Irene (Nolan) Goodwin. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM CDT on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 2:00-7:00 PM and Friday 9:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home.
