Pat Sprinkle

Pat Sprinkle,76, passed away on January 11, 2024 at her home, surrounded by her family.

She was born on October 17, 1947 to Stanley and Virginia (Gaesser) Austin.

Pat was a 1965 graduate of Tell City High School. She was united in marriage on April 1, 1967 to Jim Sprinkle, sharing 57 years together.

She retired from Parker Hannifan and had worked for Perry Central Community Schools. Pat enjoyed camping, reading, watching her grandson, Aiden, play sports and spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving is her husband, Jim Sprinkle, Leopold; her children, Michelle Duncan (Nathan), Leopold and Brett Sprinkle (Lionel Phelps), Evansville; grandson, Aiden Duncan; sisters, Sharon Gutierrez, Riverside, CA and Anna Jean Snyder, Evansville and brothers, John Austin (Sheila), Fort Branch, Stan Austin (Fred Baker), Venice, FL and Steve Austin (Pam), Tell City.

Preceding her in death were her parents and brother-in-law, Jim Gutierrez.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM CST on Monday, January 15, 2024 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Rev. Brian Esarey will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be on Sunday, January 14, 2024 from Noon until 5:00 PM CST and Monday from 9:00-10:15AM CST at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Leopold Memorial Park.
