Pat Kahler

Tell City, Indiana

Patricia R. Kahler, 86, passed away on February 23, 2024 at Oakwood Health Campus in Tell City.

She was born on October 11, 1937 to Raymond and Gladys (Rust) Beren.

Pat retired from Kroger’s after 29 years and had worked at A & P Grocery, formerly on Main Street in Tell City.

She enjoyed crafts, especially ceramics and making dolls. Pat was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Surviving is her daughter, Lisa Clayton and her husband, Harvey, of Tell City; sisters, Brenda Keown (Frankie), Tell City, Glenda Rausch (David), Cannelton and Karen McClure, Princeton; granddaughters, Jana Howerton (Josh), Rockwall, TX and Carrie Abell (G.J.), Sellersburg and great grandchildren, Eliana, Felicity, Hudson, Addi, Cooper, Delaney and Brooks.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Russell Kahler in 2021, and a brother, Bob Beren.

Private family graveside services will be held at Greenwood Cemetery. Huber Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association and the American Heart Association.
