Pat Cole

Patricia A. "Pat" Cole, 73, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022. She was born in Cannelton on October 11, 1948, to John William "Bear" and Maude (DeWitt) Kendall, who preceded her in death. Pat was a 1967 graduate of Cannelton High School and married Daniel Cole on June 28, 1981. She owned and operated Cole Insurance Agency on Washington Street. She grew up helping her parents in their business. When her mother passed away, she cared for her father and kept the family business going as long as she could. Pat was a true picture of strength, perseverance, and generosity, all strong Kendall traits. Family meant the most to her, and time spent with her granddaughter always brightened her days. Known as "GiGi," she loved spending time with her granddaughter doing one of Pat's favorite things, baking. Surviving is her husband of 40 years, Daniel Cole; daughter, Breanne Walsh (Blair), granddaughter, Kendall Walsh; and brother, William "Billy" Kendall. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM CDT on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel, with burial, alongside her parents, in New Cliff Cemetery. Rev. J.D. Traylor will officiate. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday from 9:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Redemption Church, Tell City Campus, or Heartford House in Owensboro, Kentucky.
