Minnie Cronin

Tell City, Indiana Minnie Marie Cronin, 91, passed away October 23, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana. She was born May 1, 1924, in Gerald, Indiana, daughter of the late Floyd and Pearl (Thomas) Schraner. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Leonard Earl Cronin, grandson, Eddie Cronin and sisters, Anna Mae Seibert and Bernice Bouillon. Minnie Marie enjoyed fishing and spending time with family and friends. She retired from General Electric in 1986 and also worked at Noble's IGA. She is survived by sons; Ralph Cronin (Cynthia), Cadiz, Kentucky and Bob Cronin (Cindy), Tell City, Indiana; sister, Floretta Beatty (Larry), Tell City, Indiana; grandchildren, Kathy Halajian (Steve), Newberg, Oregon, Roger Cronin (Faye), Cadiz, Kentucky, Ann Smith (Rick), Tobinsport, Indiana and Emily Roark (Phil), Tobinsport, Indiana, 11 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, October 26, 2015, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Schraner Cemetery near Derby. Visitation will be from 4:00 until 7:00 PM Sunday and from 9:00 until 11:00 AM Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to Eddie Cronin Memorial Scholarship Fund.
