Mindy Fulkerson

Cannelton, Indiana Mindy L. Fulkerson, 58, passed away at her home on Sunday, February 25, 2018. She was born in Tell City, Indiana on February 12, 1960, daughter of the late Virgil "Lambert" and Helen (Meyers) Stiles. Mindy was a graduate of Tell City High School and was working at Oakwood Health Campus as an Environmental Director. Mindy enjoyed being at home with her family, especially her grandson, Trent and sitting on the front porch with her mom. She is survived by her husband, Jim Fulkerson, Cannelton; son, Derek Wilbur, Cannelton; grandson, Trent Wilbur, Cannelton; sisters, Tina Stiles and Lisa Mullis (Paul) and a brother, Jason Stiles (Christina), all of Tell City. Per Mindy's request, there will be no services. Huber Funeral Home will be handling her arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Perry County Relay For Life.
