Mildred Sims

Tell City, IN Mildred "Billie" Sims, 81, passed away Sunday, November 09, 2014 at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City. She was born in Perry County on February 13, 1933, daughter of the late Earl McKim and Edith Clark McKim. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Merle Sims, three sisters, Floella Cravens, Rosetta Purtzer and Gladys Hay. Mildred was a retired secretary, and enjoyed bowling and fishing. She was a member of the VFW and American Legion auxiliaries and the Order of Eastern Star. Mildred is survived by nieces and nephews, including, Roxie (Hay) Suthard, Madisonville, KY, who cared for her. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Huber Funeral Home in Tell City with burial in New Cliff Cemetery in Cannelton.
