Michael Kieser

Tell City, Indiana - Michael R. ""Mike"" Kieser, 53, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2011, at VNA Charlier Hospice Center in Evansville. He was born in Tell City on November 26, 1957. His parents were the late Earl J. and Barbara L. (Scales) Kieser. A former member of Indiana National Guard, Michael worked at Maxwell Brothers Lumber in Lewisport. He enjoyed working on cars and adored his dog, Rufus. Survivors include his wife, Debra Kieser, Cannelton; daughters, Paula Malone, Mercer, PA and Joann Aites, Mercer, PA; son Michael Kieser, Jr., Grove City, PA; step daughters, Casey Hall, Tell City, Tracy Hockenberry, Cannelton and Cindy Lechner, Tell City; sisters, Paula Dunn, Tell City and Patricia Smith, Newtonville; brothers, John Kieser, St. Louis, MO, Steve Kieser, Cannelton and Earl Kieser, Jr., Cannelton and 12 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Friday, July 9, 2011, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Bro. David Bolin will officiate. Visitation will be from 10-12. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
