McKinley "Mac" Roberts, Jr., 95, passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Perry County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Cannelton, May 20, 1920, son of the late McKinley Roberts and Florence (Bolin) Moog. Also preceding him in death was a great grandson, Bryce Fenwick and a grandfather for whom he was fond of, Edward Bolin. McKinley was united in marriage September 13, 1941 to Vivian Poole. He retired in 1980 from Boilermakers Union Local 374. McKinley was a member of and past master of Rome Masonic Lodge #133. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife of 74 years, Vivian Roberts; daughter, Tammy Sprinkle (Wayne), Tell City; sons, Thurman R. Roberts, Sr. ( Joyce), Tell City and Malcolm "Trub" Roberts (Barbara), Hawesville; 7 grandchildren, Faith Snyder (Joe), Thurman "Robie" Roberts, Jr. (Lisa), Tom Roberts (Deanne), Chad Roberts (Vickie), Amy Fenwick (Jason), Sarah Rhodes (Donnie) and Leanne Sprinkle (Joe Hart); 11 great grandchildren, Heather Wathen, Lindsay Tempel, Kristi Lindsey, Rachel Snyder, Jared Roberts, Hannah and Kaitlyn Rhodes, Sarah and Brennan Fenwick and Owen and Lily Hart and 7 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Bolin Cemetery in Cannelton. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 7:00 PM Friday and from 9:00 until 11:00 AM Saturday. There will be a Rome Masonic Lodge #133 service at 7:00PM Friday evening. Memorial contributions may be made to Bolin Cemetery.
