Mary Cronin

Troy, Indiana Mary M. Cronin, 89, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at her home. She was born March 22, 1923 in Perry County daughter of the late Fred and Edith (McFall) Bland. Also preceding her in death was her husband Burdett "Doc" Cronin, sons, Don and Ricky Cronin, sisters, Ada Belle Smith, Katie Southwood and Elsie McManaway, brothers, Earl McFall and Hargis Bland, granddaughter, Debbie Conner and great grandsons, Wyatt Cronin and Travis Cronin. Mary was a member of Lilly Dale Church of Christ, enjoyed watching television, listening to gospel and country music, visiting with family and friends, and sharing a friendly wave from her front porch. She is survived by daughters; Susie McCallister (Gary), Savannah, GA, Brenda Fella (Roger), Troy, and Sheila Whitehead, Tell City; sons, Dave Cronin (Hester), Owensboro, Estel Cronin, Tell City, Bob Cronin (Geraldine), Tell City, Larry Cronin, Tell City and Steve Cronin, Tell City; 21 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Lilly Dale Cemetery. Bro. Ray Howard will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 8:00 PM on Friday and from 9:00 AM until service time on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to Lilly Dale Cemetery or VNA Hospice.
