Active in her community, Martha was generous with her time and resources. She was a founding member of Perry County Council of Agencies and former member of the Tell City Library Board and the Delta Kappa Gamma. Martha was a member of First United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school and was active in K Club. Martha is survived by her daughter, Donna Glenn (Craig), Beaufort, South Carolina, four grandchildren, Dylan Rhoads (Michiko Yanagiba), Seattle, Washington, Rachel Savieo (Joe), Fishers, Indiana, Erica Glenn (Gene Howell), Charlotte, North Carolina, Lara Moore (Gregg),Bloomington, Indiana. There are three great grandchildren, Christopher and Clara Moore, Samantha Savieo, her son-in-law, Col. Harold Rhoads (Betsy), Salisbury, North Carolina,two sisters, Hulda Hocker and Florence McFarling of Owensboro, Kentucky. Surviving nieces and nephews include Kimberly Davis (Drew), Tampa, Florida, Tamara Fulkerson (Ray), Lisa Carter (John), Steven McFarling, Robbie Hocker (Sheila), Jeff Hocker, Greg Hocker (Debbie) all of Owensboro, Kentucky. There are many great and great great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at First United Methodist Church in Tell City with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Rev. Andy Payton will officiate. Visitation is from 2:00 until 8:00 PM Tuesday and 8:30 until 9:30 AM Wednesday at Huber Funeral Home, 1139 12th Street, Tell City. Memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church or the Perry County Council of Agencies.
