Martha Coyle

Tell City, Indiana Martha E. Coyle, 87, passed away February 5, 2015 at Golden Living Center-Lincoln Hills. She was born September 30, 1927 in Owensboro, daughter of the late Bertram Mitchell and Maude (Wedding) Corbin. Also preceding her in death was her husband Henry F. Coyle, sister, Betty Mitchell and brother, James B. Mitchell. A homemaker, Martha was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, crocheting, singing, walking and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Martha is survived by her sons; Frank Coyle (Doris), Cannelton, Jim Coyle (Suzy), Tell City, and Dan Coyle (Cheryl), Evansville; daughters, Darlene Hoffman (Paul), Tell City, Mary Sims, Rocky Point, Starr Ramsey, Tell City, Kay Houghland (Karl), Tell City and Patti Coyle, Cannelton; eighteen grandchildren, thirty-eight great grandchildren and twelve great great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Saturday, February 7, 2015 at St. Michael Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Dennis Duvelius will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 7:00 PM Friday and from 9:00 until 10:30 AM Saturday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Cemetery.
