Tell City, Indiana - Mark A. Bolin, 56, passed away on Friday, August, 19, 2011, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville. He was born in Tell City on February 19, 1955. His mother, Mary M. (Klueh) Bolin preceded him in death. After graduating from high school, Mark graduated from Oakland City University with a degree in auto mechanics. He had worked at Tell City Chair Company and was known for his acts of kindness and genorsity toward friends and neighbors at Golden Years Center. Mark enjoyed collecting coins, hunting, fishing, playing euchre and bingo, arrowhead hunting, model cars and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He was a member of St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church in New Boston. Surviving is his father, Alton ""Butch"" Bolin; sisters, Marcia Wirthwein, Karen Smiley, Judy Beumel and Becky Paulin; a brother, Bryant Bolin and several nieces, nephews, including great and great great nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM (Noon) on Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at St. John Chrysostom Catholic Church in New Boston, with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Tom Richstatter, OFM, will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 8:00 PM on Monday and from 9:00 until 11:15 on Tuesday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or Tyler Zoglman Fund.
