Marietta Unger

Tell City, Indiana Marietta M. Bolin Unger, 84, passed away August 16, 2018 At Oakwood Health Campus. She was born in Tell City, Indiana on April 23, 1934 to the late Pete and Clara (Hartwick) Kunkler. Also preceding her in death was her first husband, Charles Bolin; second husband, William "Bill" Unger; a son in infancy, Bobby Joe Bolin; a sister Marie Mullis; and a brother, Aloysius "Butch" Ubelhor. Marietta was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, flower gardening, cooking, dancing and playing bingo. Surviving are her children, Polly Story (Jim), Tell City, Sally DeVillez, Tell City and Rick Bolin (Michelle), Cannelton; grandchildren, Jimmy Story, Jacqueline Froehlich, Nicholas Bolin and step grandson, Derek DeVillez; great grandchildren, Landon, Kinley and William Froehlich and Emmalyn Kratzer. Funeral services will be at Noon CST on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Rev. Dennis Duvelius will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00-7:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Perry County Animal Shelter.
