Marie Bolin

Marie Bolin, 92, passed away on November 6, 2024.

She was born March 26, 1932, the daughter of William and Hilda (Eads) Huff.

Marie was a 1951 graduate of Troy High School. She was united in marriage on July 4, 1952, to Russell E. Bolin. They were married for 55 years before his death in 2007.

In 1991, Marie retired from Can Clay Corporation, formerly in Cannelton, where she was a bookkeeper for 37 years. Marie enjoyed gardening, reading, being with her family and her beloved dog, Jake.

Surviving is her son, Randy Bolin (Kena); a brother, William Huff (JoAnn); grandchildren, Jason (Beth), Billy, Joshua and Dane Bolin and great grandson, Hunter Bolin.

Preceding her in death were her parents and husband; a son, Russell W. Bolin; brothers, James and Raymond Huff and sisters, Irene Hockenberry and Helen Cox.

Visitation will be on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM CST at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial to follow in Troy Cemetery.
