Margie Myers

Newtonville, Indiana Margie Myers, 82, passed away October 19, 2017 at Golden Living Center Lincoln Hills. She was born February 8, 1935 in Breckinridge County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Jess and Hallie (Weedman) Fuqua. Also preceding her in death was her husband Rev. Charles R. Myers, daughters, Lavon F. "Donnie" Wilson and Carolyn L. Myers, grandson, Joshua D. Peters and several brothers and sisters. Margie retired from Lincoln Hills Nursing Home and was a member of Newtonville Church of Jesus Christ. She enjoyed quilting, styling hair and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by two sons, Kevin Myers, Grandview and Tom Myers, Lincoln City, daughters Karen Wilson, Louisville, Kentucky and Judy Peters, Newtonville, grandchildren, Amanda Diamond, Nicholas Myers, Corina Dickerson, Tricia Addis, Angela Wilson, Kyle Meredith and Sarah Peters and several great and great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel with burial in Chestnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 8:00 PM Friday and from 9:00 until 11:00 AM Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to Golden Living Center Activity Fund.
