Margaret Lawalin

Tell City, Indiana Margaret Ann Lawalin, 76, passed away on December 27, 2020. She was born in Perry County, Indiana on July 11, 1944, daughter of the late, Cecil and May (Poehlein) Weatherholt. A 1962 graduate of Cannelton High School, Margaret Ann retired from General Electric where she had worked for over 30 years. She attended many car shows with her husband and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. They meant everything to her. Surviving are her husband, James L. "Jim" Lawalin; children, Jennifer Mattingly (Ken) and Brad Lawalin (Julie), both of Henderson, Kentucky and Brent Zuelly and Coy Zuelly (Lisa), both of Tell City; grandchildren, Keith Mattingly, Kirk Mattingly, Melissa Jones, Emily Lawalin, Catelyn Rockwell, Miranda Smith, Trent Zuelly, Trevor, Peyton, Carli and Leighton Zuelly and thirteen great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Cecil J. Weatherholt, Leonard E. Weatherholt, Eugenia "Jean" Pierrard, Helen Wettstein and Judy Groves. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 31, 2020, at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 6:00 PM on Wednesday and from 9:00 AM until service time on Thursday. Please remember that while attending the funeral home a mask is to be worn and social distancing is encouraged.
