Grandview, Indiana Marcia Criss, 68, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2011, at her home in Grandview. She was born in Cannelton on July 26, 1942. Her parents were the late Glover and Margaret ""Maggie"" (Shore) Hale. Also preceding her in death were her husband Robert M. Criss, sisters, Irene Hale and Edwina Pease and a brother Clinton Hale. A homemaker, Marcia enjoyed gardening, crafts, and spending time with her family. Surviving are her daughters, Debra Miller, Tell City, Darla Connor, Boonville, Terri Hasty, Grandview, Kathy Williams Walters, Grandview; son, Rob Criss, Hardinsburg, Ky; sisters, Martine Holloman, Anderson, Charlotte Riddle, Oakland City, Rellah ""Judy"" Hale, Evansville, Billie Jean Murray, Ocala, Florida; brothers, David Hale, Evansville, Curtis Hale, Las Vegas, Nevada, Robert ""Bobby"" Hale, Evansville, Otis Hale, Folsomville; grandchildren, Tina (Hasty) Nix, Lindsey (Hasty) Scherer, Chad Connor, Jon Connor, Brad Williams, Jacob Miller, Brian Walters, Lena (Criss) Joyal, Zachary Criss, Wesley Criss and Tressa Pyles; 16 great grandchildren Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 23, 2011, at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel, with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery in Hancock County, Kentucky. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday and from 9:00 AM until service time on Thursday. Rev. Dr. Elmer Shelby will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Tri State Multiple Sclerosis Association or National Fibromyalgia Association.
