Maggie Snyder

Troy, Indiana Sister Maggie L. Snyder, 75, passed away January 5, 2015, at Golden Living Center-Lincoln Hills. She was born August 17, 1939 in Warrick County, daughter of the late Richard and Martha (Smith) Hashfield. Also preceding her in death was a brother, Richard Elmer Hashfield; sisters, Cordia Barnes and Bertha M. Hashfield, and daughter, Cordia Jane Snyder. A member of Tell City Pentecostal Church, Maggie enjoyed watching television, reading her bible, sitting in her swing and cooking for her family. Maggie is survived by her husband of 57 years, Brother James A. Snyder; daughters, Gloria McKinney, Tell City, Betty Faulkner, Troy and Robin Steiner, Owensville; sons, James E. "Ed" Snyder, Troy and Gary W. Snyder, Tell City; sisters, Elizabeth Collins, and Mary Chism, both of Evansville; brother, Emmett Hashfield, Evansville and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:30 PM Thursday, January 8, 2015 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in New Cliff Cemetery in Cannelton. Brother Paul Pinnick will officiate. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until service time. Memorial contributions may be made to Tell City Pentecostal Church.
