Mabel Morris

Tell City, Indiana Mabel L. Morris, 89, passed away January 7, 2020 at Oakwood Health Campus in Tell City. She born in Perry County, Indiana on June 24, 1930 to the late Grady and Frieda Bell (West) Scarboro. Also preceding her in death was her husband, Arthur C. "Bud" Morris; a grandson, Shawn Allen Morris; a sister, Beth Scarboro and brothers, Wilbur and Louis "Snooks" Scarboro. Mabel had worked at General Electric and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She enjoyed working puzzles and watching basketball, especially Indiana University basketball. Surviving are her children, Arthur Morris, Tell City, Jon Morris (Colleen), Cannelton, Allen Morris, Tell City and David Morris (Lindy), Santa Claus; grandchildren, Jonathon, Jason, Richard and Anthony Morris, Sonja Bittner, Keith Morris, Tara Marshall and Timothy Morris and several great grandchildren. Mabel's services will be private with burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
