Louis Harlen

Tell City, Indiana - Louis G. Harlen, 71, passed away August 25, 2015, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Indiana. He was born in Derby, Indiana, on August 18, 1944, son of the late William and Mary (Oldham) Harlen. Also preceding him in death was his wife Barbara Harlen; sister, Mary Ann Winchell and brothers, Bill and David Harlen. A U.S. Army veteran, he enjoyed camping and gambling. Louis is survived by sons, Kevin Harlen, Holland, Indiana and Jeff Harlen, St. Louis, Missouri; sisters, Elsie Gann, Velpen, Indiana and Debbie Weedman, Tell City, Indiana; brothers, Kermit Harlen, Velpen, Indiana and Doug Harlen, Fort Smith, Arkansas and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. There will be visitation with the family from 4:00 until 6:00 PM CDT on Friday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial later in Gilliland Cemetery near Derby.
