Cannelton, Indiana - Lois Sue (Hay) Horn, 85, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2017, in Brownsburg. She was born in Cannelton on August 28, 1931, daughter of the late Thomas John Hay and Lula (Gaesser) Hay. Also preceding her in death was her husband, John Horn, a sister, Ruth Hay Groves, a brother in infancy, Harold John Hay and brothers, Ralph, Jack, Earl, Tommy and Denny Hay. Sue was a graduate of Cannelton High School and had a bachelor's degree from Marion University. She was a travel agent most of her life, having visited all continents and enjoyed leading tours of art galleries. She was a member of the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Sue is survived by her sister, Judy Hay Herzog, Cannelton; brothers, Jimmy Hay, Philpot, Kentucky, Norman E. Hay, Cannelton and Paul A. Hay, Avon, Indiana and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 13, 2017, at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel with burial in St. Michael Cemetery. Rev. Sengole Thomas G. will officiate. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 7:00 PM Wednesday and from 9:00 until 10:00 AM on Thursday at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Cemetery.
