Lois "Maxine" Glenn, 90, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022, in Independence, Kentucky, where she had been living. She was born in Tell City on January 12, 1932, daughter of Frank and Grace (Brown) Mueller. Maxine married Glenward P. Glenn on February 13, 1951 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Cannelton. She was a member of St. Barbara Catholic Church in Erlanger, Kentucky. She loved to travel, play bingo, have fun with friends and family. Surviving are her sons, Steven R. Glenn (Sue) Richland and Paul J. Glenn (Annette), Independence, Kentucky; nine grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Preceding her in death besides her parents was her husband, Glenward "Glennie" Glenn; daughter, Jacquelyn A. Avery and sons, Michael P., Patrick F. and Mark H. Glenn. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM CST on Friday, February 11, 2022, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Cannelton with burial in St. Michael Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 7:00 PM on Thursday and from 8:30-9:30 AM on Friday at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Michael Catholic Church.
