Tell City, Indiana – 

Lisa Diane Taylor, 54, passed away peacefully on Dec. 1, 2024, surrounded by family, at her home in Tell City. 

 She was born in Dallas, Texas on October 22, 1970, the daughter of Betty Kathleen “Kathy” Stang and Billy Don Taylor. 

Lisa was an extremely outgoing and strong-minded woman who had a contagious smile with a beautiful spirit to match. She loved to sing and dance, was an avid thrift shopper, and always put others before herself. 

Lisa took pride in the business she started, Lisa Can Clean LLC, and her many years in recovery. A devoted Christian, she was a proud mother and grandmother.

 Surviving are her six children, Tylere (Brittney) Gulliford of Marion, IN, Keith (Maricela) Kelley of Tell City, Ariel “Vince” Kelty of Albuquerque, NM, Erica “Spencer” Kelty of Alburquerque, NM, Braden Vibbart of Tell City and Brya Vibbart of Marion, IN. 

Lisa was a loving grandmother to three granddaughters: Marley, Kalliope, and Genesis Gulliford. Also surviving are her siblings, Chevelle A. Hackett, Patricia “Kimberly” Sizemore (Rick Sizemore) and Bobby Don Taylor. She is also survived by her best friend, Kimberly A. Smith (who was like a sister to her) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Preceding her in death was her mother, Betty Kathleen “Kathy” Stang and her great grandparents, Hazel and Monty Agee. 

A memorial service will be at 12:00 PM CST on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Huber Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time.
