Linda Kellems

Cannelton, Indiana - Linda S. Kellems, 55, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2012, at Golden Living Center. She was born on March 24, 1957, in Fort Wayne. Her parents were the late Herman and Margaret (Courtney) Kellems. Also preceding her in death was a brother, Kenny Kellems. Linda worked for 22 years as a caregiver for Res-Care and especially enjoyed working with children with disabilities. Surviving is a sister, Diana Jones, Tobinsport; brothers, Gary Kellems, Tell City and Herman Kellems, Jr., Rome; nieces and nephews, Mike and Janie Kellems, Richie Jones, Shelly Cash, Jason and Dewayne Kellems and adopted family, Tiffany, Brayden and Jailyn Wheatley. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel, with burial in New Cliff Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 8:00 PM on Tuesday and from 9:00 AM until service time on Wednesday. Rev. Lewis C. Garrett will officiate. Memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics.
