Laura Ricker

Tell City, Indiana Laura A. Ricker, 80, passed away November 27, 2014, at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was born in Tell City, January 18, 1934, daughter of the late Arnold and Josephine (Hanaway) Jarboe. Also preceding her in death was her husband Ray Ricker, a daughter, Susan Finck and a sister, Mary Brown. Laura attended Tell City High School and enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, music, movies and visiting with friends. She is survived by her daughters; Kathy Barrett, Columbus, Montana and Laura Merritt, St. Louis, Missouri; brothers, Harold Jarboe and Edward Jarboe; seven grandchildren, Mandy Jones, Dani Huvaere, Paul Zivkovic, Jackie Hoffman, Gina Ferdandez, Sara Goose and Angela Hardy and ten great grandchildren. There will be no visitation or funeral services. Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel will be handling the arrangements.
