Larry Weedman

Gentryville, Indiana Larry W. Weedman, 66, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at his home. He was born July 30, 1947, in Cannelton, son of the late James and Sarah Cathryn (Bolin) Weedman. Also preceding him in death was a brother, James Earl Weedman, granddaughter, Tiffany Nelson and great granddaughter, Octavia Mason. Larry was united in marriage to Ruth Ann Wallace on July 10, 1993, in Orleans, Indiana. He had formerly worked at Kimball International in Jasper, and retired from Winkler's Warehouse in Dale. A member of Church of Jesus Christ in Newtonville, he enjoyed cooking and gardening. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Ruth Ann Weedman; daughters, Cheryl Mason, Petersburg, Christina Wright, Jasper, Jennifer Crabtree, Dale; son, Jamie Weedman, Jamestown, Tennessee; sister, Phyllis Dickenson, Tell City; 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM CST Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Huber Funeral Home, Tell City Chapel, with burial in New Cliff Cemetery. Bro. Paul Graves will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 7:00 PM Friday and from 9:00 until 11:00 AM Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
